Do you accept returns?

We do not offer returns unless the item is factory flawed - ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Where do I track my order?

Tracking information is available upon request - please email [email protected] with your order number and address.

When will my order arrive?

We aim to ship orders within 5-7 working days. However, during periods of high traffic, please allow up to 14 working days for orders to be shipped. Please allow 30 working days for the production of "Made to Order" products. Domestic orders are sent using Royal Mail Signed 1st Class, and should be delivered within 1 working day of postage. International orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, and should be delivered within 3-5 working days of postage.

Do you restock your products?

We restock items occasionally, unless stated on our Instagram. Please check back frequently if an item you want is currently unavailable on the site.
